One-to-One Counselling
I offer individual counselling sessions, which are grounded in a person-centred approach, providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My role is to listen with empathy, respect, and genuine understanding, supporting you to make sense of what is happening in your life and to reconnect with your own strengths and values. Rather than directing or advising, I work alongside you, trusting in your capacity for growth and self-understanding. These sessions are tailored to you as an individual, whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.
