About Me
I have extensive experience of working in healthcare, where I was providing pre and post bereavement counselling to patients and their carer’s. Following this I began working for the mental health charity MIND, supporting a wide range of clients, with difficulties ranging from anxiety and depression, dealing with a mental health diagnosis, trauma, grief in many forms, neurodiversity, relationship and family difficulties. Currently running my own private practice, where I bring together all this experience to help support individuals and couples.
I have found through personal experience, that with the support of the safe, non-judgemental environment that counselling can provide, we can connect with our true selves, to understand our feelings better and to find growth from the strength that this brings.
I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor. This means that I will work alongside you in whatever it is that you are struggling with. I will be guided by you, and we will work at your pace as I believe that we are the greatest experts on ourselves.
